Repair or replacement service of the product carried out outside of the warranty. The service includes the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced product to the customer. Any customs duties are not included, and are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders with a lower amount, the following shipping rates apply:

- Germany: $ 7
- EU (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Monaco, Spain ( excl. Canary Islands), Sweden): $ 16
- USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Ireland, Norway, other EU countries: $19
- Japan, Singapore, China, Hong Kong: $24
- Australia, New Zealand, South Korea: $30
- Other non-European countries: $45

We use the UPS Express Saver service for most shipments.
Delivery times vary depending on destination; most deliveries take 1-7 business days.
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During sale events and the holidays, some delivery delays may occur. Shipping time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:

We ship worldwide from Germany. This means that depending on the laws of your country, customs fees and/or taxes may apply. These are not included in the above shipping costs.

Many countries have a threshold, below which your import is not subject to any of those charges. For example:

UNITED STATES: For personal imports to the US below the USD 800 threshold, no additional customs fees, taxes, or duties apply.

AUSTRALIA: For personal imports to Australia below the AUD 1000 threshold, no additional customs fees, taxes, or duties apply.

Please note: Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable.
